Frequently Asked Questions
Q- Is participation required for the State Show, or can I process all of my turkeys during extra processing days?
A - Participation in the state show is not required.
Q - Why can we only purchase 15 poults?
A - Because of the popularity of the program, we have had an increase in the number of youth participating. We are only able to process a set number of birds during the two weeks, therefore we had to limit the number of birds that each participant can order.

Q - Can all counties/schools participate in the UJTS?

Q - Why did turkey poult increase in prices this year?
A - Prices of your entire project did not increase at all, it is just all required up front.
